Sandbags

Somerset Council have announced that from 13 March 2024 they will no longer provide sandbags or the equivalents to householders and businesses.

Should residents be concerned about water getting into their properties, please contact Misterton Emergency Resilience Team (MERT) who have a stock of bags (they are not strictly sandbags but work in the same way) and will help where they can.
