• Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting of the Parish Council which will be held outdoors at the Recreation Ground
• In the event of poor weather, the meeting will reconvene in the open sided barn at Mill Farm, Mill Lane TA18 7RZ

Recommendations and comments from this Council will be fed to South Somerset District Council which is the Planning Authority and issues the decision notices on all applications.
6. Planning including applications currently in circulation/determinations
a. APPLICATIONS:
• 21/02016/S73 – Land at Wellspring Farm, South Perrott Road. Conversion of agricultural buildings into 4 residential units, including demolition extension and external alterations. Formation of vehicular access, erection of garage/stable block, demolition of adjacent agricultural buildings and relocation of hedgerow. (Application to vary condition 2 (approved plans of approval 18/02649/FUL (varied by 20/00070/S73) to allow alterations to Unit 1 and Unit 4);
• 21/0001437/S73 – Land at Bullring Farm, Knowle Lane. Application to vary conditions 2 (approved plans), 4 (materials), 5 (stonework) of approval 19/03277/FUL for the conversion of an agricultural barn into a residential dwelling, erection of a double garage with workshop, demolition of existing structures, and associated access improvement works (as previously approved) to allow change of doors/windows, external wall material and detail. roof material and Velux windows.

b. To consider the report and associated proposal from the Traffic Management Engineer regarding proposed waiting restrictions in Middle Street
c. To consider a proposal to formally request a box junction on Middle Street/Unity Lane

• Gate at rear of Packers Way

a. To receive the Cemetery inspection report
b. To receive an update on the gateposts project
c. To note that the Silver Street fingerpost is now being refurbished
d. To consider correspondence regarding participation in The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacons
9. Finance & Procedure
a. To agree invoices for payment, note regular payments, receipts and bank reconciliation (including budget vs spend update)
b. To retrospectively agree decisions delegated to the Clerk under the Council’s scheme of delegation
c. To receive an update on move to internet banking and consider other providers
d. To update the Asset Register to reflect the updated valuation of play equipment
10. Items for the next meeting – to be submitted to the Clerk at least seven days ahead of the meeting
