7. Highways & Footpaths
a. To consider future works for the Parish Ranger including
- top of Mill Lane be strimmed;
- overgrown hedge along northern side of the Recreation Ground
b. To identify a councillor to carry out grit bins before winter
c. To consider complaints regarding overgrown hedges
- Amenities
a. To make arrangements for carrying out monthly cemetery inspections
b. To receive an update on the gateposts project
c. To receive an update on the Queen’s Jubilee Beacon and meeting with landowner
d. To discuss report of Dog bin missing on Station Road
- MERT working group
a. To receive an update on proposal to put a cutout section of the MERT emergency contact numbers in the village magazine.
- Finance & Procedure
a. To agree invoices for payment, note regular payments, receipts and bank reconciliation (including budget vs spend update)
b. To consider an offer from Misterton Fete Committee representatives to hold and distribute outstanding fete funds as grants
