Please see SSDC planning portal for full documentation relating to applications.  Please note that the Parish Council is a Statutory Consultee for planning applications and does not make decisions on any application.  Recommendations and comments from this Council will be fed to South Somerset District Council which is the Planning Authority and issues the decision notices on all applications.

6. Planning including applications currently in circulation/determinations

  • APPLICATIONS – (neighbouring Parish consultation): 20/00149/REM, Southern Phase of Crewkerne Key Site – Reserved matters following outline approval 14/02141/OUT and amended under 19/03483/S73 for up to 110 residential dwellings (Use Class 3) including layout, scale, appearance and landscaping
  • DETERMINATIONS – none at time of agenda publication
  • To receive an update on progress with the Neighbourhood Plan

7. Highways & Footpaths

  • To consider future works for the Parish Ranger
  • To note a request for a replacement bin at Turnpike Green has been submitted to SSDC

8. Amenities

  • To receive the Cemetery inspection report
  • To receive an update on the Cemetery gateposts/entrance project
  • To consider an estimate for digital mapping of the Cemetery extension
  • To consider the Parish Council’s response to the Somerset County Council consultation relating to Crewkerne area schools’ reorganization and proposed closure of Misterton First School

 9. Finance & Procedure

  • To agree invoices for payment, note regular payments, receipts and bank reconciliation
  • To consider budget requirements for the 2021/22 financial year and set the precept

10. Items for the next meeting – to be submitted to the Clerk at least seven days ahead of the meeting

11. Next meeting – Tuesday 15th December at 18.30 to be held remotely, via Zoom
