Please note that the Parish Council is a Statutory Consultee for planning applications and does not make decisions on any application. Recommendations and comments from this Council will be fed to South Somerset District Council which is the Planning Authority and issues the decision notices on all applications.

• 21/00198/HOU – 3 Mill Close, Mill Lane – Erection of front porch/canopy to east elevation
b. DETERMINATIONS: None at time of agenda publication
c. To note that Crewkerne Town Council has been formally notified of withdrawal from the joint Neighbourhood Plan

a. To receive the Cemetery inspection report
b. To consider the Parish Council’s response to the second consultation phase relating to the Crewkerne and Ilminster school reorganization proposals.

a. To agree invoices for payment, note regular payments, receipts and bank reconciliation
b. To consider a request from the Friends of Crewkerne Station to join the Blackmore Vale Community Rail Partnership as a stakeholder

10. Items for the next meeting – to be submitted to the Clerk at least seven days ahead of the meeting
