Please note that the Parish Council is a Statutory Consultee for planning applications and does not make decisions on any application. Recommendations and comments from this Council will be fed to South Somerset District Council which is the Planning Authority and issues the decision notices on all applications.

7. Highways & Footpaths
a. To consider future works for the Parish Ranger
b. To note proposed new dates for works to Middle Street bridge

8. Amenities
a. To receive the Cemetery inspection report
b. To consider quotation received for replacing bed edging/proposal to remove bed and return to grass
c. To receive an update on the gateposts project
d. To agree for the Clerk to sign the updated grasskeep agreement for grazing the cemetery extension 2021
e. To consider timescale for refurbishment of Silver Street fingerpost
f. To agree to instruct tree surgeon to carry out planned year 3 tree works (in conjunction with those at the Recreation Ground)

9. Finance & Procedure
a. To agree invoices for payment, note regular payments, receipts and bank reconciliation

10. Items for the next meeting – to be submitted to the Clerk at least seven days ahead of the meeting

11. Next meeting – Tuesday 20th April 2021 to be held remotely, via Zoom
