Please note that the Parish Council is a Statutory Consultee for planning applications and does not make decisions on any application. Recommendations and comments from this Council will be fed to South Somerset District Council which is the Planning Authority and issues the decision notices on all applications.

6. Planning including applications currently in circulation/determinations
a. APPLICATIONS – 20/03044/HOU – Sunnyside, Silver Street – replacement single storey rear extension to dwelling and formation of new raised decking area
b. DETERMINATIONS – to note that application relating to 19/02416/FUL, Land adjacent to Knowle Lane, has been dismissed at appeal by the Planning Inspectorate
c. To receive an update on progress with the Neighbourhood Plan

7. Highways & Footpaths
a. To consider future works for the Parish Ranger

8. Amenities
a. To receive the Cemetery inspection report
b. To approve draft digital plans for the cemetery extension

9. Finance & Procedure
a. To agree invoices for payment, note regular payments, receipts and bank reconciliation
b. To consider budget requirements for the 2021/22 financial year and set the precept
c. To agree meeting dates for 2021
d. To review the Risk and Asset registers for 2020/21
e. To appoint an internal auditor for the 2020/21 financial year
